Lastly, the restaurant experience was disappointing as I was told it was fully booked, but upon arrival, I noticed it was mostly empty, leaving me feeling misled.

Oh, and don't expect a complimentary gesture for your troubles. i thought a welcome drink would be standard for someone as special as me.
