Unfortunately, my stay was not as pleasant as I hoped. I really struggled with the location being quite far from the city center, which was a significant inconvenience, especially when I had to walk in the rain after failing to get a taxi. I found the housekeeping service lacking. I had to request coffee cups and milk myself, which shouldn't have been necessary in a hotel of this standard. Lastly, the restaurant experience was disappointing as I was told it was fully booked, but upon arrival, I noticed it was mostly empty, leaving me feeling misled.

i almost gave a good review, but the constant car noise from the motorway was simply unacceptable, and it was impossible to see anything in a room where the only light was a pathetic lamp. Oh, and don't expect a complimentary gesture for your troubles. i thought a welcome drink would be standard for someone as special as me.

Couple comfortable stay
The staff were super friendly, they actually helped me resolve a mix-up regarding my pillow choice. And the room?
It wasn't inexpensive to stay there but considering the overall experience, I'd say it was still acceptable.

The spacious rooms come with a comfortable bed and convenient amenities like a kettle for coffee and tea. Flat-screen TVs. The little touches like free drinking water made the stay feel more welcoming and enjoyable.
The noise from the busy surrounding roads can be bothersome, especially if you're hoping for a peaceful night with open windows. The air conditioning proved to be a problem for some guests, particularly during hot weather, leading to uncomfortable temperatures when arriving at late hours. there were complaints about the quality of dining options, with several guests disappointed in the limited choices offered during meals, especially breakfast.

Great staff and spacious rooms
The staff here were super nice, really helped me out with a mix-up. My room was big and comfy, perfect after a long day. The breakfast bar was a nice touch, although it's a bit pricey. Just a heads up—it's not the easiest to get into town without a car, so plan ahead!
